A family that grows together, builds dreams together

Our business is more than just a brand, it’s a reflection of our family, our journey, and the values we live by every day. What started as a simple love for cooking has grown into a shared passion, built on the belief that as we grow together as a family, so too will our business.

It all began with our father, whose love for the kitchen led him to create his very own version of garlic chicken, a dish that quickly became the heart of our menu and our MVP. His creativity and passion laid the first stone, and from there, we built something greater.

Named after my two siblings, Curcas and Jocel, our business carries not just their names, but their spirit.

Behind the scenes, our mother’s unwavering work ethic inspires everything we do. Her dedication, paired with my background as an engineer and my entrepreneurial mindset grounded in consistency, helps drive our vision forward.

But we believe that true success isn't just in the numbers, it's in the strength of our relationships, our ability to communicate, our shared understanding, and the trust we build with one another.
